i installed latest cairo (1.16) and i also saw that i had updated noto fonts.
anyway after restarting gentoo again, the default fonts on sites was changed.
the change is seen here (on gentoo), in NT times, facebook, twitter and even in the search of google and in more sites also.
again it is both in chrome and firefox.
here are 3 example as how i see web pages now (from google search, facebook and twitter. now i also added this post so you will see it changed also here):

how can i solve this?

those are the latest packages i installed in my system (this evening. on my country of course  ).
i think the problem is here:

does the font settings (in chrome/firefox) look the same in your browsers?
