Hi,

after updating to (KDE) Plasma 5.13 and Qt 5.11, I'm experiencing an annoying problem (bug??) when scrolling documents: if I wheel up or down very fast, there is some kind of jittering (I don't know whether this is the right word), that is, the document is supposed to scroll, e.g., down fast but every now and then it scrolls up a little bit (and then keeps going down). If I wheel down more slowly, everything is fine. Also, when I'm experiencing the jitter, if I minimize the window and then maximize it again, the "jitter" goes away.

Anyone else being hit by this? I guess it's qt-related but I know close to 0 about these things.

Cheers.
