hi
i have had a square around the cursor in plasma for some time now and dont know how to fix it.the square goes away when i log out to sddm and log in to plasma x11 again. if i switch to xrender it goes away to but i lose some effects i like to have . it started with kernel 5.9 . i am on kernel- 5.9.14 ATM and running nvidia-drivers-455.46.02.i think that this is not a plasma issue because if i install compiz (compiz is running with opengl and xcomposite. that is why i am trying with that WM) and start it from a terminal i still have the square around the cursor.
