hi
i upgrade Gentoo system

Code:
emerge -uND world
!!! SYNC setting found in make.conf.
This setting is Deprecated and no longer used.  Please ensure your 'sync-type' and 'sync-uri' are set correctly in /etc/portage/repos.conf/gentoo.conf

 * IMPORTANT: 6 config files in '/etc/portage' need updating.
 * See the CONFIGURATION FILES and CONFIGURATION FILES UPDATE TOOLS
 * sections of the emerge man page to learn how to update config files.

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Moved from Portage & Programming to Unsupported Software.

This seems to be about a package from an overlay, not available via the official Gentoo repository.

As for your error, it seems like the files the package wants to install are already there, and if no other package claims them as their own, they might be a result from a manual install (such as 'make install').

As a sidey-note, please use the 'code' tags for terminal output and such, as it makes things a lot easier to read (I will probably edit this one for you). :]

As another sidey-note, it would be a good idea to take care of the configuration file updates that are being mentioned right after your 'emerge' command.
