After update to kalarm-18.08.1, "Defer" button is grayed

After the latest update, alarms with recurrence shows a message window with the "Defer" button grayed (disabled).

If the alarm has no recurrence, the "Defer" button is enabled.

Can you confirm this behavior?

This bug was fixed https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398658 and the fix will be in KDE Applications
