I've been intending to learn go, and do see some interesting things being written in it.
But even with that, I do keep in mind that a toolbox has more than a single tool.

Granted, I haven't done much with it, but I'm finding Rust to be quite awesome. Maybe not for higher level stuff, but I'd just use Java for that anyway.
