i've raised https://bugs.gentoo.org/659070 as well, i've commented pull request itself and i really don't know what to do to speed it up as it seems it stuck and nobody has answered yet :-/

From reading through that thread, it looks like the reason it is moving slowly is that this is a huge mess to sort out. If upstream were not bundling such a wide variety of projects with disparate licenses, it would be much quicker to resolve. It sat for two months after mgorny blocked it for licensing before the original requester came back to report that he/she would not be able to resolve that issue alone.
