Is he actually gay, as in queer? All this time I had him as simply effeminate and prissy. It's so hard to tell with the English.

I think he is the latter.

No, prove you're not wrong. They make no reference to his background.

Picard or Stewart? They try to butch Picard up by occasionally showing his interest in the opposite sex, but Stewart married a guy, so I'm going with gay (not that there's anything wrong with that (seems to be a requisite statement when referencing the topic (maybe that's no longer safe-spacey enough, no idea))).

No, Occam's razor says he's an Arab (and I mean all those people, from Syria to Pakistan). They do a make a reference, by his name and phenotype, which we conscious decision made during writing and casting. It walks like derka derka, and it quacks like derka derka. Basically, he's Taliban. The burden if proof is on you.

The burden remains on you, but no more need be mentioned. Thanks for elaborating.

He's a graduate of the university of Kashmir. His ancestor (name of Singh) was part of Khan's eugenics movement. You didn't do your homework. He's derka derka. Nazi derka derka.

first time i saw him, it was in excalibur (1981 movie!), see https://m.media-amazon.com/images/M/MV5BZTRjZmU5YmQtYWQzOS00OWI5LTg2NjItM2NjMDE0NjVhM2JjXkEyXkFqcGdeQXVyNzc5NjM0NA@@._V1_.jpg

he must be a clone, or time has forget him.
and about TNG, there's an episode where he visit his brother in france, his brother own vineyard (it will be hard to make a more french "cliché")

It would have been better if his brother had been a mime.

Sorry for going OT here. I just have this one question:
What was that tribe named, stemming from central eurpoe, nomads. Went into Turkey and around the black sea. The era was about 140 AC. It just came and went not to be seen anymore.
The first to be seen horseback riding and fighting. According to my pravda o/c.

I should also had say that "jean-luc" is common in france (french do loves to name children as catholic saints, angel and apostles), and Picard is the name of habitants of Picardie

Could only think about the Huns, because riding horse was made far earlier, but these are the ones famous because they were nomads, horse riders and impossible to catch with their hit and run tactic.

No. It's pre-era of the huns. They came way later. That's the curious part. The huns could be the reason for the plague of Europe as well. ( POI )

EDIT: I'll quit here. Patrick, a fuckin beaut. Wrong gen though. Someone should fix a chair too. Ask Adam?

Sir Patrick Stewart is boldly going where he has been before - by reprising the Star Trek role of Jean-Luc Picard.

The character will feature in a new CBS All Access series chronicling his life after Star Trek: The Next Generation.

The actor announced the news in a surprise appearance at the annual Star Trek convention in Las Vegas on Saturday, after months of speculation.

His career spans almost six decades and includes the role of Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men franchise.

He always had some kind of personality disorder; witness a Frenchman that acted as if he were from the South of England, instead of the vineyards of the South of France.

Would you prefer an Englishman in control of your navy or a Frenchman?

Neither. They are both losers. Give me a Bull Halsey any day.

Stewart is from Yorkshire. No southern jessie he.

Probably likes black pudding too.

Patrick Stewart can't act. Star Trek is pretty bad.

Presuming the legal issues are mostly correct, I think most fans would have been willing to accept minimally necessary changes. Which sounds like that was the creative intent had the Chief Excrement Officer not fired people interested in the franchise.

The narrator commented on the possibility of him being ousted by the time that video was made available, but a search suggests that he could get $150-$280M if he were to be fired if CBS and Viacom merged. I wonder if his contract lacks any mention of misbehavior, which might explain why the board opted to not fire him over sexual harassment allegations.

Unless they do it properly, I hope it fails miserably. It'd be easier to ignore.

I'm a fan of Stewart, and his portrayal of Picard.

I'm not a fan of the last few Star Trek series' or films.

Can Stewart save a franchise which seems to have been in its death throws for 20 years?
