|
|
I'm working getting qemu/kvm set up but I'm unable to get a VLAN configured.
I've followed the https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/QEMU
guide and have qemu and virt-manager installed properly as well as kernel configs proper, but there's no vlan's available as I've not configured them.
I've looked into the https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Handbook:X86/Full/Networking#VLAN_.28802.1q_support.29
but I can't really understand this or how it works. would i use my main interface, enp5s0, or does it not even matter?
Once i've got those lines in my /etc/conf.d/net file, do i just need to restart networking?
Thanks for any help. |
