I've configured eth0 with a static IP and with a bridge. This worked on my old laptop previously and I pulled the config to the new laptop. I'm getting this error in dmesg when eth0 comes up:

And then the devices on the network can't connect to it. I've also tried booting with the noapic and pci=noacpi kernel command line options, and the same thing happens.
