[solved] Enigmail (gpg) on New System Not Working

I just installed a new Gentoo system and rsynced over my old home directory. Everything was working except for gpg encrypted e-mail when using Thunderbird. Enigmail was complaining about not having the proper keys. If I cut the encrypted block out of the message and pasted it into a text file, then gpg would decrypt it without issue.
