I'm trying to launch busybox shell on my custom kernel and custom initramfs but something is wrong.

Kernel config: https://pastebin.com/zVCmN6NM
Full kernel log (acquired via QEMU): https://pastebin.com/VvHDqvAr
Qemu cmdline:
Code:

$ qemu-system-x86_64 -kernel bzImage -initrd initramfs -nographic -enable-kvm -append "console=ttyS0" -m 512 > log.txt

initramfs is pretty simple, there are busybox static executable and init script in its root; here's the script:

Code:

#!/busybox sh
mount -t proc none /proc
mount -t sys none /sys
mount -t devtmpfs none /dev
echo "penis"
exec sh

as you can see, there is no "penis" message in kernel log... is it exec to blame or it doesn't even run init?
maybe there are issues with booting linux without root=... option?
