For Dr. Willy

This is new, but looking back... but if you're still in the mood for real old school Goa, this is probably the very first Goa track I remember hearing.

I'm trying to remember … I'm 100% sure it was something by Astral Projection, but I don't remember which track it was.

As far as old school Goa goes, it's often the "newer" (I mean … post 2000) stuff that I don't really like that much. I don't even know why.
Most notable exception is probably Miranda's Asynya. Speaking of her … Clear Vision.

More Astral Projection. I like that industrial punk I get from it. My op.
...needs more investigation....

Glen Campbell - Try A Little Kindness

If I ever decide to try guitar, I think his style would be where I started (as a goal). But I'm not likely. Guitar has never been an instrument I thought I'd ever really try. Percussion, piano, some woodwinds and horns. Even the bass. But mostly not guitar :).

Glen Campbell - I'm Not Gonna Miss You

Since I first heard this one, I think it has become my favorite song.

Guitar is uncomfortable for me. I have a 12 key reach on piano, so bass guitar was comfortable... but guitar makes my left hand feel like it needs to curl into itself to make chords.

I'm Not Gonna Miss You is a very touching song. I had never heard it before.

I don't know if there's a practical limit. Sometimes activities take a while until they feel normal.

That's not Sorgens Kammer ;)

Anyway, if you like Dimmu Borgir, maybe you also like the other Dimmu Borgir:

The period when you know what's going on is probably my worst "end of life fear." I suppose when you don't realize it, then it's only hard on everyone else. But the one you really don't want is what Robin Williams had.

Your recent tendency toward the morbid will probably make this seem referential, but here it is anyway.

#2 even!

Stunning piece.

Hamelin wrote his own cadenza for it, and it's something very special.
The full piece, but Hamelin's cadenza comes in at 8:27

Interesting. I've heard the name, but not familiar with their stuff. Will add it to the list.
