His style took a bit for me to get used to even being a Heavy Metal fan. But it's a good story. |

Beautiful piece.
Have a cover of a nice synthy piece, as arranged for trombone and theremin: Spirit of Hospitality from Celeste (named after the mountain, not the instrument), original composition by Lena Raine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4J2V6i5JvPo |

Excellent counterpoint. It's an oddly perfect fit (trombone & Theremin). _________________ "You can lead a horticulture but you can't make her think" ~ Dorothy Parker

The End is Nigh OST: Acceptance (Hungarian Waltz, Liszt): https://youtu.be/oa7pR9WH82A | I hadn't noticed a tendency, though I generally do prefer the macabre. That was fun, aided by the band's name which sounds like a new cookware coating. _________________ Those who know what's best for us must rise and save us from ourselves. |

One of my favorite scenes from Taxi.
If unfamiliar with the show or Jim (Christopher Lloyd), starting from the beginning should be sufficient. _________________ Those who know what's best for us must rise and save us from ourselves. |

His style took a bit for me to get used to even being a Heavy Metal fan. But it's a good story. | I've either heard something of theirs, or someone with similar vocal styling. A few tracks in and I'm just not warming up to it. The music is OK, but not compelling. Unfortunately I keep picturing a South Park version of Spinal Tap / . And I just can't get past the laugh factor.
I'm pretty sure I'd heard Welcome Home (unless they use a similar house / backdrop in another video). _________________ Those who know what's best for us must rise and save us from ourselves. |

pjp and such should skip this - all live.
Ozzy Randy Rhoads good (a real good feel for tune, guitar ) :

EDIT: While still being solo in OTW - The Randy Rhoads thing - It's like everyone knows a good tangent on a guitar. Right? Randy used what was in front of him. And according to me, was - WOW! He did have what a good writer has - Not just fancy words. He used them where it counts. |

The End is Nigh OST: Mortaman (Danse Macabre, Saint Saens) (also, the is more "8-bit synth" music): https://youtu.be/dE4--7K511w |

I'm not sure if I can warm up to the effect applied to the vocals, but haven't listened to anything else yet. _________________ Those who know what's best for us must rise and save us from ourselves. |
