fix vmware copy/past

Hello Gentoo users .

since many users faces some problem on install open-vm-tools in gentoo which shout support copy/past , the solution becomes very simple now .

all you have to do is to emerge it using use flag gtkmm , and make sure to execute vmware-user on session startup on initrc to fix the problem

i hope that to be a solution for all VM users also .
