systemd-analyze says:

But it takes 40 seconds after startx (I'm not using SDDM) to get into the desktop.
Is it normal? What can I do to debug it?

Might be worth to check if the DNS is configured well.

I don't have a xorg.0.log in .local, it is in /var/log:

I'm using NetworkManager with 8.8.8.8 as DNS server. |
