Log/Audit of Processes

Can't seem to find what I'm looking for through google.--pretty sure I'm just not looking for the right thing.

What I want is tool/daemon that can run in the background on boot and will capture the following information on a process:

Time/date of execution
User
Total execution time
Process Name
Memory usage is optional

Are there any tools/frameworks out there that do this?
