Greetings, since the migration from rsync to git, eix doesn't shows any pkgs from the gentoo repo.
I've added
Code:

@egencache --jobs="$(($(nproc) + 1))" --repo=gentoo --update
@egencache --jobs="$(($(nproc) + 1))" --repo=kde --update
in /etc/eix-sync.conf, it takes ages for the first time but that isn't the issue. my portage tree is in a 2.1 gb partition the process fails in the middle complaning tha the entire 2.1 gb (703 mb used before the call).
is it logical?

ok, found the issue, because there was no space left in the portage tree partition, it took forever, after cleaning some space, it works fast.
