Greetings, since the migration from rsync to git, eix doesn't shows any pkgs from the gentoo repo.
I've added
Code: |
@egencache --jobs="$(($(nproc) + 1))" --repo=gentoo --update
@egencache --jobs="$(($(nproc) + 1))" --repo=kde --update
| in /etc/eix-sync.conf, it takes ages for the first time but that isn't the issue. my portage tree is in a 2.1 gb partition the process fails in the middle complaning tha the entire 2.1 gb (703 mb used before the call).
is it logical? _________________ Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity and I'm not sure about the former - Albert Einstein

ok, found the issue, because there was no space left in the portage tree partition, it took forever, after cleaning some space, it works fast. _________________ Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity and I'm not sure about the former - Albert Einstein |
