Are you sure that in the kernel

# CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL is not set?

Can you reproduce this on an untainted kernel? Does the issue still apply with a kernel supported upstream? 4.12.x appears to be out of support.

Sorry Guys, i reboot after the last error like this one and forgot to answer here.

cat /usr/src/linux/.config |grep CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL
CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL=y
Is this a problem? Can not remember that i have this feature enabeld.

I run memtest86 from a USB Device, the Memory look like OK. No Errors found.

I run Kernel 4.12.12 becouse it is the last one that is compatible with x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-340.104.
I Need this Version becouse it is the last one that is compatible with my NVidia GT210 GPU.

dmesg |grep -iE "(nvidia|nvrm)"

Hope i find time in the next days to try the nvidia nouveau and / or to try this text-mode vga console.
Is it possible to run the text-mode vg console in 1680x1050?

This Time, in syslog i see this -> https://nopaste.xyz/?304432e4717efaa9#Oe3+DfTyV4TPY+kuSH5roNVbLtOUpQJOr64vy8oAOhM=

Has my machine not enough memory?

you can ignore that. nvidia just likes to whine.

that is certainly possible. you appear to be running a qemu vm and a compile at the same time.

You have how much RAM? It looks like 4G and no swap space, and in addition to the qemu, you were emerg'ing something.

Maybe add some swap.

My Machine has 16GB RAM.
I hate Swap, i will add a swap-file.

I have do:
Code:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/swapfile.raw bs=1024 count=4194304
mkswap /swapfile.raw
chown root:root /swapfile.raw
chmod 0600      /swapfile.raw
swapon          /swapfile.raw
swapon: /swapfile.raw: swapon fehlgeschlagen: Das Argument ist ungültig

On BTRFS it doesnt work, on EXT4 - it works.
I have read that i need btrfs-swapon for swapfile on BTRFS.
Is this programm available for gentoo/which paket does it have?

btrfs does not support swap files!
http://btrfs.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/FAQ#Does_btrfs_support_swap_files.3F

i use zram. you could try that, if itt helps.

I asked the question about RAM because I saw this in your log:
Code:
Jan 12 22:18:18 pc1 kernel: 4190012 pages RAM

'free -t' shows memory usage.
My kernel announces "Memory: ..." in dmesg output.
I'm not fond of swap but I still add a swap partition and hope it does not get used.

Regards

I use now a 4GB swapfile on a EXT4 filesystem.

Yesterday, and the days before, i run a qemu vm they used 12GB RAM, my machine has 16GB RAM, so i the host has only 4GB for itself, i think that was not enough!

Now, at the moment i run a qemu vm with 4GB RAM.

free -t shows me:
Code:
gesamt       benutzt     frei      gemns.  Puffer/Cache verfügbar
Speicher:    16413076     7919480      720580       93744     7773016     8218732
Swap:       4194300           0     4194300
Gesamt:    20607376     7919480     4914880
