Hi

So I just finished filling in my 14 pages PDF with form fields (in qpdfview) and clicked on PRINT (on a Brother Laser Printer) and
as it finished I realized that it printed nicely all PDFs but without any form content. I aslo tried to print it to cups-pdf but the
fields are also empty.
Did I read correctly that there is currently no pure linux solution to that because of Adobes proprietary bla bla bla... ?

I don't know about qpdfview, but I have been filling out PDF forms (specifically: USA Form 1040) with evince for many years, and they've printed out fine - not the best looking, but clear and sufficient for use.

Problem solved
I just saved the pdf in qpdfview and printed it via commandline to my cups-pdf printer:
Code:
lp -d Virtual_PDF_Printer Page.pdf

This creates a new PDF with obvously pure raster data and filled form fields and can be printed normaly in qpdfview.

Might be worth pinging qpdfview maintainers that this is a bug then... Or perhaps there's an option for qpdfview to choose between printing raw vs filled pdf?

In evince, I can fill the fields out and print within the GUI, and it can be saved as well. On the other hand I'm not sure about a reset option to clear all the fields for saving raw...
