ALSA does not detect a sound card, when try to run speaker-test, it says "cannon find card '0' ".

@NeddySeagoon: I already solved this problem, there were problems with permissions of files in /dev/snd.

@NeddySeagoon: Yes, I forgot to add the user to the "audio" group after installing ALSA.
