I was looking for unstable packages installed on my system, then I tested different commands. The information obtained by some utilities does not match
the information specified in an ebuild.

Code:
~ # qgrep -Jl -e "~amd64 \+" | grep icu
dev-libs/icu-58.2-r1
~ # qgrep -J -e "~amd64 \+"
...
KEYWORDS="~amd64 ..."
~ # pquery -I --attr keywords dev-libs/icu
dev-libs/icu-58.2-r1 keywords="... ~amd64 ..."
~ # eix -I dev-libs/icu
    Available versions: ... 58.2-r1 ...
    ...
~ $ grep amd64 /usr/portage/dev-libs/icu/icu-58.2-r1
KEYWORDS="... amd64 ..."

Well, you query the installed package with the tools, not the ebuild in the repository. It's perfectly possible that the KEYWORDS of the ebuild in the repository were changed after you installed the package.

Thanks Genome! Your assumption is correct: I have reinstalled dev-libs/icu-58.2-r1 and I notice the tools print now a stable version.
