Hello, i have just one question. I'm developer and i would like to make ebuilds for Gentoo. I read documentation, but i don't understand very well how i propose a new package for Gentoo. It's look complicated... It's difficult because documentation is too long and only in English (i'm french...)

Is there a simple tutorial that would explain it?

For simple, i would like to make ebuild of msi-keyboard project for Gentoo (it's totaly free software, but unvalable on Gentoo...).

LINK: https://github.com/makkarpov/msi-keyboard
It's git repository. (not mine)

And in future, it's possible i make other programs for Gentoo.

Fulgurance,

Talk to people in #gentoo-proxy-maint on freenode and look at Proxy Maintainers project page.

Post back if you need more pointers.

You can also open a bug with new ebuild and say that you would like become maintainer. But NeddySeagoon's solution is better
