[SOLVED] KDE 5 - how to move icons on Plasma 5

Hi,

Since 2001 when I first time I started to use KDE, for the first time I cannot manage simple thing with KDE.

How to move icons on the desktop?

In Plasma 4 we could see small tab:

Widget are unlocked. But believe me, I cannot find it now. I know there is some key combination, but I forgot it (old good times when you could do anything in KDE intuitively without spending a time on Google and forums...),
