Python 3.4.5 don't crossbuild for arm64

Hello, I build packages for my NanoPi Neo Plus2 and got a problem with python building. For cross building I use crossdev and aarm64-unknown-linux-gnu under x86_64 host architecture.

On host package building is ok, but at cross env builder search for strange libffi and don't find it. (package installed)
