After my latest @world emerge, I noticed that one of my application was not working. It requires "www-apache/mod_python" but I don't seem to be able to find it anymore. Does anyone know when this package would have been removed from the portage tree or whether is was replaced by another package?

Thanks for the bug reference. My searches in the bug database for "mod_python" had not returned any results.

It's not that upstream is dead, it's just been rechristened as mod_wsgi.
