After having had issues with akonadi/mariadb blocker, I set mariadb to stable using keywords.
Not sure the downgrade is the issue, but anyway, now akonadi does not start;
Code: | micke@h2 ~/Downloads/DashBox_BackupV1_1 $ akonadi.collectionattributetable OK
akonadi.collectionmimetyperelation OK
akonadi.collectionpimitemrelation OK
akonadi.collectiontable OK
akonadi.flagtable OK
akonadi.mimetypetable OK
akonadi.parttable OK
akonadi.parttypetable OK
akonadi.pimitemflagrelation OK
akonadi.pimitemtable OK
akonadi.pimitemtagrelation OK
akonadi.relationtable OK
akonadi.relationtypetable OK
akonadi.resourcetable OK
akonadi.schemaversiontable OK
akonadi.tagattributetable OK
akonadi.tagremoteidresourcerelationtable
Error : Table 'akonadi.tagremoteidresourcerelationtable' doesn't exist in engine
status : Operation failed
akonadi.tagtable OK
akonadi.tagtypetable OK

What is the best way out of this, for a db rookie?

I use stable mariadb without problem (well, without any more
than the usual akonadi problems ... it is not the best functioning
software in the world).
Have you tried removing (back up if you like) all the akonadi
files in ~/.local/share and restarting? _________________ .... there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth
doing as simply messing about with Linux ...

Thanks!
Sometimes the simple solutions works just fine, such as in this case. |
