It seem like Sig Sauer knowingly put defective parts in a pistol that was marketed to law enforcement as the greatest thing ever.

Naib, check out Computing Forver on YouTube. He has just done a video in all of his videos being defended, they are going all out on trying to silence descent anyway they can now.

This is why it is imperative to start using alternatives to the now SJW controlled social media companies.

Gab.ai, Minds, and Bitchute are where actual freedom of speech exist.

No. Check him out on BitChute. https://www.bitchute.com/channel/computingforever/

Specifically this video.

Seriously, we need to stop supporting those who try and silence all dissent.

{EDIT} p.s. F*ck censorship.

No idea. Gab & Minds have the best policies for free speech.

Didn't Google remove the Gab app from their app store recently for allowing hate speech?

Google and Apple.

Now, you know this, but some others do not so it is worth mentioning again.

Hate speech is free speech that some don't like.

I just realized that Microsoft's position on hate speech and censorship seems to be non-existent. Hrm.....

No, (I think) Muso just means that even though Microsoft can be accused of a multitude of sins, taking a position of hate speech != free speech isn't one of them (yet).

This doesn't mean a corporation has to support or allow hate speech on their platform. The first amendment that grants freedom of speech is specific to Congress enacting laws that suppress free speech.

First Amendment wrote:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I'm not talking about the first amendment, I'm taking about the principle of free speech... which is older than the first amendment.

Just going by the stories that I had read, mostly linked from Off the Wall, the military and police models were not supposed to be subject to the same accidental discharge issue as the other P320s due to different trigger group designs, is that inaccurate?

The police get their weapons via commercial production lines. Hence, civilians and police have faulty guns while the Army does not. Sig Sauer has stated that Army feedback has led the M17 to have different components from the P320, which was not originally the case.

One officer has already been shot through the knee when his holstered P320 fell and hit the ground. The holster was removed from his body at the time with the weapon still locked in it.

One of the founders suicided. It is still going I guess, though.

Don't have any friends that use it. :(

465k patients told to visit doctor to patch critical pacemaker vulnerability
Quote:
A year after calling advisory “false and misleading,” maker warns patients to patch.
Quote:
"If there were a successful attack, an unauthorized individual (i.e., a nearby attacker) could gain access and issue commands to the implanted medical device through radio frequency (RF) transmission capability, and those unauthorized commands could modify device settings (e.g., stop pacing) or impact device functionality," Abbott representatives wrote in an open letter to doctors.
Sounds like little more than the predecessor to BK's chip-in-head technology.

Reminds me of the conversation from Fight Club when the narrator is describing when an automobile company will issue a recall.

May we know why you're asking for this specific update?

It probably either opens or closes back doors. Having to explain either could be quite messy.
