|Since some unknown amount of time - it might be many months with many package upgrades - gnupg refuses to send/receive keys from keyservers. The error message is only
and similarly for receive-keys. I tried hkp and http addresses as well as ip4-only servers, reemerged the latest stable and testing versions of gnupg+libgcrypt+libassuan+libgpg-error+curl with safe CFLAGS: always the same message. Maybe some USE combination is bad?

However, adding only http2 or idn for curl had no effect, either.

Edit: It seems that the error message comes from curl. Maybe some kernel option is missing or some required kernel module needs to be loaded explicitly?
