When I turn on screensaver, it starts blinking rather than turning off the monitor, and when using wayland with screensaver, it generally leaves the plasma shell and has to log in again and turn on what was turned on)))

Might be GPU driver or kwin issue.

Have you updated kernel, drivers, KDE or something else that might be related?

yes, I have problems with the r9 390x GPU, but there the problem is that the cooler is not working correctly and does not show speed, but basically there are no problems, and the problem is specifically for Linux, I did not notice this in Windows, if there is way to look deeper share
