I was thinking about the topic in general. Communities need to organize and collect the trash themselves, then deliver it to the homes of union leaders (if that's how yours are organized). If not that, then the homes of the striking workers.

Ok, so now the binmen are going to vote as to whether they accept a new package from the council. I'm willing to bet that they won't, it's almost Christmas - lots of rubbish about = strong negotiating position.

My recycling got missed last Friday. For the first time in two years. I called them and they came out and picked it up. 8)

5% increase, I wonder what holes they're trying to patch up in the budget ?
