Maybe if it's stable, it's time to finally release version 1.

How long have we been on version 0? A decade?

Meh, it's going in a different direction to what Marples set out to do, imo.

So chances are, you'll see a 1.0 out soon. ;-)

OpenRC seems to be using Enlightenment's versioning scheme... the further it gets from 0.17 the less stable it becomes.

The further it gets from Marples and the closer it gets to Hubbs.

Maybe each linux user should be required to write their own init system. The ultimate in "have it your way".

I think people should at least read sysvinit's source code before advocating for it or calling alternatives bad.

Grave digger here, hello!

So does someone run openrc-init on daily basis? How it is working?
Last time I tried, I had one small problem of system unable to boot. I hope that's no longer the case.
