Hello, there.
I am new in Plasma. when I wanna to run some commands as root, I couldn't find a terminal to type in. How can I open a terminal in Plasma?
Should I emerge some software? Could anyone help me? Thanks!

While KDE Plasma consists only of the desktop environment, KDE Applications provides applications. We have a wiki: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/KDE#Available_versions_2

'konsole' is the one you are searching for and it is part of e.g. kdecore-meta.

If you do not mind a general lack of KDE integration, you can also use a simple xterm. Its main virtue in this case is that if you installed x11-apps/xinit[-minimal] (which is likely), you will have xterm installed even if none of your other desktop environment packages are present. This may let you get a terminal to use to run emerge from an X environment to install your desktop packages.
