Watched it on a flight on a screen smaller than my Galaxy S5's and it was good. Don't expect something mind blowing, just good entertainment.

I saw it in theater with my wife and daughter. It hits all the right notes and makes my inner-nerd happy.

Under The Sun

Absolutely fascinating documentary made with the help of the North Korean government, about the life of a North Korean girl and her family... but the film crew kept shooting between the scenes, showing the absolute misery of life in that depressing communist hell hole.

Wonder why I can't stand the likes of Hillary Clinton? Her book, It Takes A Village lays out the ideals which form the basis of this Dystopian nightmare. Forcing government to take more and more of a role in family life destroys the family, the individual, and happiness itself. It is soul crushing.

Found it on Netflix, this is a must see.

Well, because it's in Pyongyang with a well connected Party Loyal family. Most NoKos will never even have it that good...

X-Files renewed for season 11.

Season 10 was bad hope they make the new one better.

Yeah it sucked balls, apart from the fact that it's one of the greatest films of all time

The Prestige (2006).

Just saw it for the first time last night, it is a masterpiece.

10/10.

Thought so. Snooty critics rate a film high, therefore it must be good.

Not unlike a dictat from a dictator or a fatwa from ayatollah.

Martin Scorcese isn't a film critic

I've never seen it but I know it's a Christopher Nolan film and has David Bowie in. Have you seen Memento?

Yes, while good, this is way better. Being Nolan, and having Bowie, I know you'll watch it, and you're in for a real treat.

Oh, and after you watch it, watch it again.

https://www.collinsdictionary.com/us/dictionary/english/film-critic

Is The Independent a newspaper?
Has Martin Scorsese written an article on a newspaper for the sole purpose of reviewing a film?

If yes to both, then Martin Scorsese is a film critic.

The only contention is whether or not you can consider him to be snooty.

I'd consider praising an obscure film with no logical plot lines as artistic expression of higher order as extremely snooty.
