I have been playing around Xfce and I replaced xfwm4 with kwin. I have mostly sorted things out but I have one other issue that I would like to get resolved....
The bouncing cursor is enabled but with no way, via the systemsettings5 gui, to disable it.
If I had a normal systemsettings5 gui, the path to change the bouncing cursor would be:
System Settings>Personalization>Applications>Launch Feedback>(change this field...bouncing cursor, No busy cursor, etc...).
Since I have no gui, is there a conf file that I can create or change?
Thanks

This issue was resolved using the following info:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Cursor_themes#Change_X_shaped_default_cursor

I created an autostart item that consisted of
Code:
xsetroot -cursor_name left_ptr

The issue is still open.

grep tells me you should look into ~/.config/klaunchrc

I created this file:
~/.config/klaunchrc
Code:
[BusyCursorSettings]
Blinking=false
Bouncing=false
Timeout=5

[FeedbackStyle]
BusyCursor=false
TaskbarButton=true

[TaskbarButtonSettings]
Timeout=5

So far this works. Thank you for your help!
