Trying to emerge app-pda/gtkpod-2.1.5 gives this error: (below is relevant excerpt)

I am compiling it without gstreamer, and removing vorbis didn't fix it either.

Extracted gtkpod-2.1.5.tar.gz into /tmp as a regular user, and a manual ./configure succeeded…

So, after installing a bunch of the dependencies that WOULD HAVE been pulled in with the gstreamer USE flag, it seems to have compiled.

I'll have to do some work to narrow down just which it was so those can be added to DEPEND proper.
