I have to set up:
xrandr --addmode VGA1 1024x600
xrandr --output VGA1 --mode 1024x600 --rate 60

I use Lxde

but I have to do it every time after reboot.
Where I can add it to save this settings ?

Does it save the setting if you use lxrandr instead?

I have a similar problem in my multimedia station. My monitor's native resolution (1366x768) isn't available, because of an incomplete EDID. I added the xrandr commands in ~/.xprofile, which is read sufficiently early to avoid loosing the desktop icons layout.
If several users log in, perhaps you could use /etc/xprofile instead, or add a file in /etx/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/ (not tested).

I have
Code:
Section "Monitor"
    Identifier "eDP-1"
    Modeline "1368x768_60.00"   85.25  1368 1440 1576 1784  768 771 781 798 -hsync -vsync
    Option "PreferredMode" "1368x768"
EndSection

In xorg.conf.

That xorg.conf tuning worked perfectly with my old Nvidia card. That doesn't work now, with an integrated Intel one. So I must deal with xrandr commands...
