if you emerged grub with the multislot USE flag set, the command is "grub2-mkconfig". Else it's "grub-mkconfig".
You can list installed files (requires app-portage/portage-utils):
Code: | qlist sys-boot/grub |
Best regards,

Hi,
Code: |
IgorDellGentoo grub.d # grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
/usr/sbin/grub2-mkconfig: line 232: /boot/grub/grub.cfg.new: No such file or directory
|
All I did was to change the /etc/grub.d/40_custom file. Am I missing something?
Thank you. |
