Authentication promt on disk mount password field missing

I tryed to mount a drive, and a window appear http://www.hostpic.org/images/1702092043330100.png and there is no field where I can type the password. It's impossible to close this window. There is no action on pressing Cancel or Authenticate. My question is how can I make this password field visible?

Are you having /dev/sdb2 in https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Fstab or is it a removable medium?

I can mount this drive via sudo or automount with fstab. I just want to figure-out where is the password field.
