I'm not sure, but you can check some things.

1) Try:

Code:
systemctl status dbus.service

Is it active (running)?

2) Is sys-apps/dbus installed? Do you have both systemd and dbus as global USE flags in /etc/portage/make.conf?

Thank you,fturco。
I have solved it by read "https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Systemd/Installing_Gnome3_from_scratch"

I used "openRC" to init system,but start gnome by "systemd".
So I changed to "systemd".

The following is the key。
********************************************************************************
/etc/default/grubExample grub2-mkconfig config for systemd

# Append parameters to the linux kernel command line
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="rootfstype=ext4 real_init=/usr/lib/systemd/systemd dolvm domdadm"
*********************************************************************************

You could have used gnome without systemd....
