After an update, I can't get firefox to play webms and other HTML5 video correctly. When I hit play, the audio plays fine, but the video goes into a short jittery loop like it keeps starting over. If I try to go to another point in the video, I'll see a frame or two of where I clicked, then it goes back to the looping.
I don't even know where to start when it comes to fixing this. |

I tried that as well but it introduced nasty tearing which I absolutely hate so I opted for this slightly peculiar solution. |

I haven't noticed any tearing yet. I can't stand it either. I just might not have noticed yet because I rarely want to watch embedded videos on full screen. If it becomes an issue I'll try force enabling e10s. |
