keyboard layout under X (setxkbdmap)

Hi,

I'm trying to set-up support for keyboard input in a couple of languages under X. I've tried adding a conf file under /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ but this did not do for me. I've then found some instructions on how to do it with setxkbdmap - the thing is that I there appears to be no setxkbdmap installed in my system and I can't seem to locate any info on what package installs it. How can I install it?
