No kernel option

I need to access some kernel options in sub-menu Multimedia support; But it is empty. Why its empty what I can do to unlock it if it locked.

This means you have not selected Multimedia support from the Device Drivers menu. Make sure you either select MM support as built-in or as modules, then you will see all the available options. There should either be a (*) or a (m) in front of the MM support option.
