[solved] what happened to ChangeLog for packages?

I was hoping a quick wget might work, but no 'raw' option that I can see.

I may have a possible route, I found a post saying that github will accept some svn commands. I have no clue, if this is true or if it works, but it may be a possible route to retrieve the commit messages from the remote tree. I don't have svn installed on my machine to test it out, but it may be something to try out.
