I've been having issues getting my Nvidia card to work but this solved it for me.

/usr/share/sddm/scripts/Xsetup
xrandr --setprovideroutputsource modesetting NVIDIA-0
xrandr --auto

Honestly though, I went back to using my intel as quite frankly it just works way better.
