I notice after migration from KDE 4 that file ~/.xsession-erros become huge during the session, with the "log_kioremote: RemoteDirNotify::FilesChanged" line the most relevant info.
Is this normal? If i remove this file results in any harm to the system? What is under the hood?

I had a huge ~/.xssession-errors one.
I simply deleted it, no harm done. |

It got re-created.
I just checked my notes. It was a run-away knotify4 who was filling up. I had to kill the process of knotify4 to stop the *growth* of xessions-errors, delete the huge file. It got recreated at some stage but it's very small, now.

Here, It got re-created only in a new session, p.e. after a reboot. The question is, what happens in the mean time in the system. Can i have some strange error? |

You can check it with df command. And you will see, that the amount of space decrease.
Because the file is still open (even if you deleted it).
The only way to change it is modification of
/etc/X11/Sessions/Xsession |
