ATI Mobility radeon HD 4250

Hello everybody,
Can you help me, how can I compile video driver for ATI Mobility radeon HD 4250? What I must choose for work radeon. Vesa too and what more?
Here is lspci:

depends on what you need/want; eg X or just framebuffer etc.
start here: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Radeon

basic outline:
set the needed VIDEO_CARDS= in /etc/portage/make.conf (eg radeon, amdgpu, radeonsi, vesa ...).
it's often a good idea to compile the right firmware into your kernel (-> sys-kernel/linux-firmware and activate CONFIG_EXTRA_FIRMWARE).
