New Gentoo badges - shields.io style

Hi everybody,

I created two new badges using the badge style of shields.io
The current badges on https://www.gentoo.org/inside-gentoo/artwork/ are great but they doesn't look nice when you're using the build badge for example https://twitter.com/_d3v0x/status/716241337243332613
