Not enough information. Also, not a single Plasma package involved.

Please, tell us what command led to your problems.
What do you want to achieve? Migration to Plasma-5? Or just a stable system upgrade?

I want to try 5 now that I managed to do the other things... It looks nice so wanna try it out.

Stable would be nice yes, other ways I'd still use Windows.

But since I am playing and learning, I decided to try the version of Plasma 5 that is in dev and then install the one that is stable... Just playing aroung learning how to use gentoo....

I build my first kernel a week age. I installed a whole bunch of applications...

Learned about messages when Gentoo talks to me. I really enjoying. Just test, trial, errors, reading and fixing but this I am asking because after 4 hours I could not find how to fix it. So I guess I need a little help. :D

Good. Please note that there is no stabilised version of Plasma-5 and Applications, yet. When we talk of stable, we mean keyworded with 'arch' as opposed to '~arch' where "arch" is your choice of architecture, "amd64" in your case. Your decision to set ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="amd64" in /etc/portage/make.conf is a good one for a new user, but it limits you to these stable packages, unless you add stuff to your package.keywords files as you have already done. When it comes to Plasma-5 and Applications-5, due to the size of these suites and dependencies, you will get a huge package.keywords file and it makes your learning curve much steeper (as you can see with the blockers).

Now, there is an upgrade guide that you should follow, because apparently you had KDE4 already installed. It's even linked in your auto-generated package.keywords entries for Frameworks: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/KDE/Plasma_5_upgrade

Select the plasma profile
[8] default/linux/amd64/13.0/desktop/plasma

Prepare make.conf
grep -e "qt[[:digit:]]" -e "handbook" -e "kde" -e "plasma" /etc/portage/make.conf

clean up world
Upgrade Guide wrote:Now is a good time to clean up @world. If it contains packages either directly from or depending on KDE Workspaces 4, it will lead to emerge conflicts later on. The following command will probably take some time, but is not going to remove anything yet - examine the output. If you are sure to proceed, run it without --pretend again. Only the @world file is going to be changed - while the packages stay installed, they will not block a subsequent installation of Plasma 5.

Now you wont get any blocks at the emerge stage.

kde-meta, which is registered in your world file by a prior emerge, pulls in (requires) kdeartwork-meta.

kwin:5 is a dependency of (required by) plasma-workspace:5 which is scheduled for merge (by your emerge command).

And somewhere in between there's a blocker, but you didn't paste enough context. I can tell you though that kwin:5 will conflict with kwin:4 which happens to be pulled in by old kdeartwork-meta package as seen installed on your system.
