I actually encountered this a while back. I think it was after a Qt upgrade to 5 (although I still have the 4 slot version installed).

Code:
$ qpdfview
Incompatible processor. This Qt build requires the following features:
    rtm
Aborted. Incompatible processor: missing feature 0x400 - rtm.
Przerwane

The only relevant think I could google: http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.kde.devel.bugs/1653744

And yes, I do have -march=native on a i7-4810MQ.

Couldn't find a Gentoo bug about this issue.

Any thoughts?

qpdfview gives me that error if built with USE="-qt4 qt5". I rebuilt it with USE="qt4 -qt5" and now it works fine.

Why didn't you file a bug yourself? (I won't, because I use Funtoo, but I filed it there).

There's a workaround explained at https://bugs.funtoo.org/browse/FL-3149.
